Sea Kayaking Grande Ronde

Grande Ronde River

Flowing north out of eastern Oregon and into Washington, the Grand Ronde River provides anglers the opportunity to chase aggressive summer-run steelhead with the fly.  With wild 5 to 10 pound fish, good holding water, and often warm water temps in early October this fishery is fast becoming Washington's premiere steelhead stream.  Snaking its way through a 4000 foot basalt valley the Grande Ronde quietly slips passed grassy banks, treed hallows and never ending ridgelines.  Join us for either a steelhead school or a multi day float through this astonishing natural resource.
