Outdoor Gourmet Menu's
Who doesn't like good food? Just because you're outside "roughing it" with your friends doesn't mean you can't eat well. With this in mind, Anew Outdoors takes great pride in the meals we offer to our clients, even going as far as calling them outdoor gourmet. We focus on traditional Northwest dishes with organic ingredients. Many meals are prepared using the lost art of dutch oven cookery.
We invite you to scroll down to see this year's menus. Each menu is organized by trip duration from Evening Trips to 4 Day Trips:
Evening Trips:
Evening Snack- Our evening appetizers are just as decadent as any of our meals. Crab and artichoke dip smothered on a crispy baguette will be sure to make palettes water. In an effort to satisfy that sweet tooth in everyone, we provide a variety of chocolates as well as one of our favorite snacks, vine-ripen strawberries dipped in yogurt and brown sugar. Hot tea and juice will also be provided.
