With this in mind, we have prepared this resource in hopes it answers your questions, and maybe removes some of the reservations of the unknown. if not, feel free to call 1-800-852-5161 or send an email to John@AnewOutdoors.com

Why a guide service?

Guides have the experience and knowledge to show you a destination, have the ability to teach you the skills to enjoy that destination, they do the planning, and they have the equipment.

Why Anew Outdoors?

Anew Outdoors only hires the most knowledgeable and caring Washington guides. We focus on keeping our client to guide ratio low. Our guides have extensive experience with more than one northwest destination and activity, so no matter the season or activity you will have a relationship with your guide. Our planning includes thoughtful participant preparation and follow up. We have the latest equipment that we maintain regularly. We provide and prepare quality fresh food, and understand that your time should be spent enjoying the outdoor setting with friends, not worrying about who's washing the dishes.

Commonly Asked Questions

What if I have never done the activity that I am interested in?

It is not necessary to have experience in any of the activities that are listed.   Each activity has a trip that is offered for beginners.   Simply look for the difficulty rating when reading the trip descriptions to see what level it is.

How do I get to the activity location?

Each person is responsible for getting to and from the meeting location.   Most trips meet where the activity is taking place (i.e. trail heads, boat launches etc.).   Driving directions are included in the Trip Packet downloadable on each trip's web page.

How soon do I need to register before a trip?

You must register 24 hours before a trip is scheduled to occur.
