This class covers the use nautical charts, compass, and tide / current tables for trip planning on land in the morning, then test that planning with an afternoon paddle.

If you're looking to advance through the kayak skills quickly this class is for you. We start you off with the basics, add some stroke development, throw in rescue, and finish you off with a bit of trip planning and navigation. This class covers everything the intermediate kayaker should know.
